POMMEY-DAMARTIN
The House
A new arrival in the world of champagne, the Pommey-Damartin brand has been working since its launch to worthily represent the customs of Champagne know-how and the century-old terroir from which it comes.
The house aims to develop a vineyard, selected for the quality of its vines. We work in close collaboration with the main Champagne players in order to develop our estate, these plots are located in the Marne, at the gates of Epernay.
Three grape varieties coexist harmoniously in each of our blends: Chardonnay for its elegance, associated with finesse Pinot Noir, and the sweetness of Pinot meunier. This qualitative blend allows our wines to best accompany each moment of tasting.
Once assembled, our bottles rest in cellars more than 30 meters deep; an environment allowing us to provide the ideal conditions for the aging of our vintages.
Partner artisans
The men and women who work daily in the production of our champagne wines combine, on the one hand, ancestral know-how and, on the other hand, experience acquired most often through transmission between generations.
Certain stages of production have been automated in order to improve the working conditions of its artisans and to guarantee better traceability. We wanted to keep some phases carried out in an artisanal way.
The harvest, as well as the placement of the logos by hand on each bottle, are time-consuming processes but nevertheless necessary to give birth to an exceptional wine.

A unique bottle
We take particular care of the labels that make up our classic bottles as well as our non-standard bottles.
The “Champagne Pommey-Damartin” emblem is thus placed by hand; this artisanal task requires a calm environment and precision.
It is a gesture that we have entrusted to a single person, whose meticulous work makes each of our bottles unique.
